Made of solid pine wood with cedar back slats forming the curved back. Wood lathe on outside back to support slats. Black paint by brush with gold striping. Burgundy interior. This is a totally handmade piece of furniture. The paint appears to be more recent than the construction. The height is 86." Made in the USA circa 1900.
